I've got the Sigma 400 f/5.6 APO Macro in PK-AF mount and I've been very pleased with it. It's noticably sharper than the SMC 400/5.6 (PK) and Tokina SD 400/5.6 (PK-A) that I also have. It even got a group misaligned due to getting banged around in the car or something, and they fixed it free even though it was my fault and the lens was about six months out of warranty.
