I have heard this thing about Canon having no "true spot meter" so many times... It's incorrect. Even the Canon 10D has a "limited area metering" mode which is virtually identical in size to what Pentax calls a "spot" meter. If you read the instruction booklets for both cameras and look at the meter patterns, you'll find that Pentax' spot is about a 5.5mm circle, the 10D's limited area is about 6.5mm. I have both a 10D and a DS. Since I bought the DS, the 10D sits in its bag. Godfrey __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
