Yes I do. It's a *ist D. It will not trigger the Courtnay strobe outfit. It trigges all my Pentax and Metz flashes without problems. One of the members of our camera club is a photo dealer. He told me that some manufacturers offeres hotshoe adapters, that can reverse the current - to + instead of + to - (or vise versa), for the same reason. Some digtal cameras work this way.
I jsut don't know how else to explain, why my *ist D doesn't work with the Courtnay strobes!? My home strobe outfit (made primarily out of 4 Metz CT-45's) works normally like with any other camera. I just wondered if anybody else had this problem? I would think you could trigger one unit and set the others to slave. There's nothing unusual about the PC plug on the *istD. Works fine with every type of equipment I've tried.
