We'd just had a rather tense day of negotiating with partner organisations over who was to be responsible for the latest foul up and had retired to a little cafe where the walls are papered with a 19th century edition of Dictionary Larousse. I think interior decorators are almost as low as politicians. But at least there is something interesting to read as you wait for your coffee.
