Well there's an *odd* number of quotation marks (17) - always a bad sign
;-) I'd have a closer look at <AD- ppos_t.jpg"
Might that better be <AD="ppos_t.jpg" [etc?}
It lacks an opening quotation mark so the HTML client will interpret the one at the end of .jpg as an opening quote. And then the opening quote of the next tag will be misinterpreted as a closing quote, etc., etc.
