Thank you for comment, Bruce, you are right. And the scene is not exactly
what I wanted to show, because the sun was just below the upper margin. But
there was nothing left in the file. I should have taken it without exposure
correction. Now I have snow that is quite bright and a blank sky; in the
other case I probably would have got a silhoutte pic with a sun.
I think I will try it again as long as there is snow and sun out there.

Hello Bernd,

It looks cold there compared to where I live!.  This looks like a
tough scene to record well.  I like the tree on the left and fence
running down towards the center.  There is still some detail in the
tree, which is great.  But there is a huge expanse of sky and snow
field that don't do much for me.  If the sun were at a lower point and
you could have some shadows stretching out on the field or something,
that would probably help.  Another idea would be to shoot vertical and
concentrate on the foreground tree and fence.
