Press the reply button while viewing the email.
Remember to change the email address if sending a
personal reply. Or cut/copy and paste.

Again, use copy and paste. Highlight whatever you want
to replicate, right-click on it and select copy.
Left-click where you want to put it, right-click, then
select paste.
