Marnie, FWIW I shot with Geo in Denali last fall, and while he is sponsored by
Canon, he noticed a few things on my *ist D that he was going to mention to
Canon, like the ability to do multiple exposures, which apparently is not
available on the latest Canons.

PS he was shooting a prototype digital Canon in Denali that was modified to
allow shooting IR photos. I noticed that the latest Canon release includes a
Canon digital for IR.

Subject: OT: Insider Tip - Photoshop CS 2

Probably this is old news, but it was news to me so I thought I would share
it. At the George Lepp workshop I went to yesterday, I found out when some
things are going to be released. He evidentially is sponsored by Canon (so most
of
it was Canon related), but he also has close ties with Epson and Photoshop.

Photoshop CS 2 is going to be released April 25th (or there abouts). Maybe
that is old news to everyone, but the way he said it made it sound like that
not
everyone knew yet.

So if you thinking of buying PS CS you might hold off and wait. I'll have to
look in my notes to see, oh, yes, a new Epson printer is coming out as well.
But I am pretty sure that is not something that would that important to anyone
since it will just supplement their line but does not actually replace the
2200. Although it sounded nice.

There were a little too many plugs at this workshop, a little too much
enablement. I kept resisting and the guy next to me kept adding up what the
total
cost would be if we got everything recommended. ;-) Easily $10,000.
