That is the way I am feeling. I have written her to explain to me if this is a JOBO product or not -- if she wants me to unbadmouth them. (It makes no difference if someone else made it if JOBO sells it as theirs.) Yup, re ethics. But it is not called JOBO everywhere, so maybe there is something I don't understand. It *is* called JOBO some places.

In fact, I could say more about how badly it is made this is not the first time I've had problems with it. Although not this bad. But I want to have it clarified that they DO sell it under their name before I go further with any badmouthing.

It *is* interesting I got a personal response when I said I was badmouthing to 500 photographers.

Since JOBO is the only company that can put their brand on it, they are responsible for the one they sold. It doesn't have to be exclusive, after all the Tamron 28-200mm type II was sold by just about every camera manufacturer as their own. I have the Pentax version. If I have a problem with it I don't expect Tamron to fix it, I send it to Pentax. If I don't think it comes up to Pentax Standards it's not Tamron's fault it Pentax's. It's very simple, and JOBO should be ashamed of its attitude.
