Well, actually the original quote is "Art is 10% inspiration and 90% 
perspiration." Works better, huh? Not creativity, which, sure, is mainly 
inspiration. 
So just substitute the word photography for art and then the percentages are 
right. Right on right. At least, based on my experience.
