Dave Navarro is the "boy toy", and he's some rock star guy, with many
tatoos and piercings.  I think he plays (or played) for Jane's
Addiction and The Red Hot Chili Peppers.  Carmen Electra is alleged to
be an "actress", known more for her <ahem> surgically enhanced body
parts than her thespian abilities.  She has tatoos, as well.
Near as I can figure, these two have attained the status of
"professional celebrities", meaning that they've become really really
famous, but no one really knows why.
 

Carmen has "large tracts..."
