I think B&H has them for the astonishing low price of $5.00.  But don't 
quote me on that, I haven't bothered to check.

If you have a MZ/ZX5(n) eye cup, it will fit, it won't expose the 
diopter adjustment and that little extra flap of rubber makes it harder 
for it to
be knocked off.
