Hi Paul, Thanks for taking the time to comment. The hats are highlight marker fluorescent green, the gamut of which gets a little distorted by the compression of the colour space to sRGB for display. They aren't actually burnt out, just very difficult for the colour space conversion engine to convert to a reasonable approximation of the original.
