Actually, now that I think about it and read my notes more, I think Lepp was suggesting two shots minimum, one at f/22 and one at one stop wider open (or start the smallest you have, 32 or something, then open up for the next shot by one stop).
Obviously a small (higher) f stop shows up fine detail that might get blurred with a shallower depth of field. HTH, Marnie
