Hi guys,

I have a different experience wrt the Z-1/Z-1p screen
brightness: on my Z-1p I have the Z-1 grid screen installed and
the metering is slightly (1/3 stop or less) on the underexposure
side compared to the original screen, which would mean that the
Z-1 screen is brighter than the original Z-1p screen... Even I
could see a very small difference between the two, and the grid
one was brighter by a tiny bit (of course, same lens and same
scene). Definitely NOT a 1EV difference. Could it be a marketing
trick?
Now the original Z-1p screen is mounted in a Z-20 that had a
fingerprint on its factory screen. Works flawlessly (I could say
worked, I haven't been using the AF film bodies since July...
:-( )

Ciao,

Gianfranco
