Do you use polarizer over the flash for that ?

You can use a polarizer on the lens and polarizers on the light sources too when doing flat art. Glare and reflections are sometimes very hard to control completely. Light bouncing from a specular reflector is in and of itself polarized, though, so I normally find that the correct arrangement of lights and a polarizer on the lens are sufficient.
