No, you can't make a TIFF into a PEF file. But you can do vignetting adjustments with a gradient mask on a Curves adjustment layer pretty easily. Convert the TIFF into 16-bit (if it isn't already) to allow for less round off errors.


I used this technique when shooting with a Heliar 15mm lens on film to compensate for the 1.5EV light falloff in the corners.
