IIRC, Amita and Ann responded to my posting of these pics in 2001 saying how nice it would have been if we could all meet some time. One certain guy from Oxford caught on to the idea and made the first EuroPDML happen at Duxford/Cambridge in 2002.
The rest, I believe, is history! :-)
