You know, we've been feeling sort of guilty about that whole silly
"we're not going to join the Coalition of the Willing", and then the
whole silly "we're not going to participate in Star Wars (oops, I mean
outer space missile defence)" thing, and just to show there's no hard
feelings about your country's irrational total ban on Canadian beef
("what's a few mad cows, anyway?), we decided that you should keep the
