This statement was in the description and terms of a no reserve item
on eBay:
Seller reserves the right, at his absolute discretion,
to reject any/or all bids considered as not in his best
interest.
So, if the item has no reserve, and the highest bid is low - say at
the starting bid - can the seller not sell the item, falling back on
this disclaimer?
