I agree but it doesn't change the fact that IMO if one wants roughly
the same quality on digital than on 35mm film, it'll probably take
20-30Mpix on a 35mm sized sensor.

Most people probably doesn't need it and that is why APS-sized sensor
are not a bad thing in themselves. But I still think that 6Mpix
APS-sized is nowhere near film quality.

However it'll come with time.

Just my opinion, I do not know much in this area.
