Hi James,
If you want great, but inexpensive lenses, I would
suggest you pick up a Pentax K-Mount to Pentax
Screwmount adapter, then buy some of the Pentax
Takumar Screwmount lenses...they are fantastic optical
quality, at about 60% of cost of Pentax K-Mount
lenses. Would suggest you try a Takumar 135mm f 2.5 if
you want a medium telephoto which is also great for
portraits!  I have a couple Ricohs (KR-5 and KR 30sp)
in addition to my Pentax arsenal, and the Takumar's
with adapters work great with them. You do have to set
them on "manual" mode.  Good luck! Mike Steele
