Sometimes things actually do work out for the best...

Okay, I don't really think He has anything to do with this, but I'll
tell you anyway.

Some of you may have read my whinings the other day about me losing my
airline tickets when the airline, Jetsgo, went belly up.

Turns out that I was able to get a refund from Visa (bless their
hearts). Despite everyone saying that airfares are about to rise at
least 40% in the next few days, I managed to book a flight to Halifax
(to visit my mom, sis and eldest daughter) on the second weekend in
April. The tix were actually $3 cheaper than Jetsgo, this time by Air
Canada, who probably won't go bankrupt on me.

Not Easter weekend, but still, I'm happy. Actually, this is good,
because I can spend Easter with my two younger kids, then two weeks
later visit my eldest. I think it's better this way.

I just thought I'd share...

cheers,
frank

I can understand why mankind hasn't given up war. During a war you get to drive tanks through the sides of buildings and shoot foreigners - two things that are usually frowned on during peacetime.
