Mark I could sue you for looking Irish. I would undoubtedly wind up fined for contempt of court, and paying you damages, but I could do it. That is one of the things we are guaranteed here is the right to go to court and get a legal opinion on anything. On the unfortunate side, juries all too often respond to retoric rather than common sense.
