Do I really want one of the models with a mirror with shock absorbers?
My "dedicated church camera body" is an ME Super. Easily my quietest SLR. Mirror-dampening design. Solid construction, quite sturdy. AE Auto and Manual modes. (In fact, if the ME S did TTL flash, I'd prefer it to the Super A.)
I found the Super Program to be somewhat noisier than the ME Super as well. I suspect it's shutter is bouncier as well.
