This is indeed a routine job. It is around $55-70 here (Quebec City, Canada), more for a zoom. Also more if you also need an helicoid grease job. It is not difficult to get to the blades by yourself but a good cleaning ask for a complete dissambly and reassembly of the shutter's blades...
