Besides that it is MF, it's in German! In my experience adds in German do not attract many bidders/don't get many bids. I guess a lot of people don't speak German. So, when I want something - I search German pages first - to save money - ans sometimes even taxes, because it's inside the EU.
Annother thing is it says "Germany only". However, many Germans will ship outside Germany - if asked. So, ask - preferably in German. They might say yes! A third thing is Germans most likely don't accept Paypal, WU, Bidpay etc. You must use a bank transfer - which may very well add annother week to finish the transactrion.
