I use a ProMaster TTL extension cable. It works fine with my ProMaster 
flash and MZ-S.  I'll know soon if it works OK with the Sigma 500 DG 
Super and the *istDS.  I expect the Sigma to be delivered sometime 
today.  I think the price was 50-60USD

It goes way over 100 $ for the longer cable, and I find this a bit
expensive for a simple cable solution.
