Just TV terminology. Using the Kelvin scale, dropping the temperature (
or making the scene redder) is referred to as warming it up. "She's a
little blue on the face, let's warm her up a bit"...or..." Too much
daylight coming through those windows, let's put some blue gels on the
lights and cool things down a bit"...
