To respond to both: 1.) Yes the "K" is supposed to be even better, I'm trying to buy one.
2.) Yes the "correct" comparison would be between primes, the reason for this one is my desire is my desire to put together the "Best AND Most Lightweight" kit. I tested 6 different zooms at their 28mm setting, ALL were very unacceptable so I started testing my 24,28 and 35 primes. The DA and the 28/3.5 were the clear winners in their respective catagories. (Zooms and Primes) So it was only left to compare the DA to the 28/3.5. The DA's still back there in the dust somewhere! ;-) Don > Original Message----- > From: Kostas Kavoussanakis [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Saturday, April 02, 2005 11:03 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: RE: The Lowley SMCP-M 28/3.5 > > > On Sat, 2 Apr 2005, Shel Belinkoff wrote: > > > Hmmm .... looks like that M is quite a bit better than the DA. > Isn't the > > K28/3.5 supposed to be even better than the M?
