Yes it is amazing. I took several shots with each lens and picked the best two. It's focused, it just can't hold up to the prime.
Amazing indeed. So many years of development of optics and still so pronounced a difference.
Well, I cannot say that I ever been testing anything in this manner, but I really like the way my M 35/2.8 works wide open. It draws in a sense, just like a brush. I really like it.
