This is a windlass used for hoisting up one end of the 90" beam engine at the Kew Bridge Steam Museum in London.
Pentax Super Program, MC-Mir 47k 20mm/2.5 @f4ish, no idea about shutter speed, Ilford Delta 400, 1:25 Rodinal.
