Mark is spot on in his description. I had briefly met Don last year at GFM. We spoke for only a moment and I'm sure he didn't remember me. I later wrote to him with a simple question and he went far beyond the call of duty in his response. He asked me to keep quiet about it so I did (until now). I'll always be grateful to him for his help.
Don is indeed a class act. My thoughts are with him.
