Thanks, Bruce.  On my Mac's monitor and on the slide,
there's a lot more contrast, so that the swans almost
glow--makes the shot a lot less gloomy.  Gotta figure
out this recurrent contrast problem.

Unfortunately it was grey and damp the entire week I
was there.
