I don't expect you'll have too much joy in the weight departments assuming that 
it was a relatively new Mamiya 645 you were using, the old ones were pretty 
bulky but the P645 is no light-weight either. I can't say too much positive 
about it other than the fact that it features a particularly well damped 
mirror.
