What I see is: he's rooling a joint which leads her attention, you can see the enlarged pupils which means she strongly desire it (the joint). He's been fooled by her body language you all have already noticed, just the few minutes necessary to finish his work (the joint) and smoke it. The very next minute she'll probably *need* to go to the bathroom with one of her friends and magically disappear in the night.
