I can understand your anger :-( That is nowadays a very disturbing
trend for media professionals and even for part-timers like me.
Apparently the worst offender is Reuters - the prices they paid the
stringers in Balkan war were on the verge of slavery, and for that
they risked their health and lives. While the big shots, star
reporters does nothing more than report from some hotel roof in a
besieged city, and instantly a "hero".
