that is a very small file size for that resolution. you either increase file 
size or reduce resolution. i size most of my images to 800x600 and i aim for 
a 80K file size.

-save as proggressive jpg
-disable colour sampling
-keep original exif data
-keep original iptc data
-keep original jpg comment
By experiment this gives me around a 15-20K file.
