I need an 82mm lens hood, preferably at least six inches long. I have an 82mm circular polarizer that I want to use on my A 4005.6. The 400 has a built in hood, but it takes a 77mm filter. With the 82 on the front, I can't extend the hood. Any ideas?

It is probably a bit short......
It's the hood for the 300/4 6x7 lens
Have you considered a bellows hood, or cementing a chunk of 4"drain pipe to a filter ring?
