You shouldn't need a changing bag as the paper at the end will act as a light shield once it's wrapped on the takeup spool.
Just handle it the same way as 120.
A tip I picked up from somewhere is that the plastic containers that come with "M&Ms Minis" make good 120/220 canisters. They only cost a dollar and they come with free chocolate (it'd pay to wash them out before putting your film in). Just be careful pulling them out at the camera shop; the staff might think you're being extra kind :)
