Not that it's all THAT important, but is "100M" meant to stand for 100 thousand, or 100 million?
Different trades/industries don't agree on what the M symbol stands for, so if it is ever important to understanding, it's a good thing to spell it out.
To stay on thread, it's still amazing to me that there's any truth to this seemingly absurd claim that an entire government would rely on scamming income. And especially one as stretching of belief as their tale-of-woe letters offer.
But then, the claims go on and on, and people DO continue to discuss it as tho' it had merit...
