You didn't upset me, Shel.  I think it's just the old legally trained
mind, looking for ulterior motives in every question asked.  You know,
"never ask a useless question" and all...

Since you wanted to know a bit about the situation, I was at an artist
friend's loft, for an informal opening/gathering of friends and
acquaintances (sounds suspiciously like a "party", eh? <vbg>).  He
does collages, like the one behind Leah.  Actually, I don't much take
to his stuff (although I do mostly agree with his politics), but
that's neither here nor there.
