A 67 system is significantly larger and heavier. The DOF issue may also matter: for 35mm it is F:8 and be there. For 645 it is F:13,5. 67 it is F:22 and be there....
I didn't find DOF to be an issue between either format, neither has enough of it for much of what I like to shoot.
The DOF problems of medium format was my primary reason for going to 4x5.
