well, i'd settle for the 1D Mk2 since its frame rate is higher and has adequate resolution. a clear significant upgrade path *now* from Pentax, even if the camera doesn't ship until early next year, would be enough to keep me with Pentax. i want a D2X spec body and i am willing to pay a D2X price.
Bigger buffer, faster frame rate and a couple of more megapixies is all I ask for.
And fix the 4 way switch and give full K mount compatability just to keep me from whining about it....
