When it becomes difficult to obtain goods locally, one turns naturally to mail order. So yes, this does amount to evidence of film's slow but continuing demise.

7dayshop is a funny place. I had asked some time (6 months?) ago whether they were going to re-stock T-Max and they said that Kodak's price had turned unreasonable. It looks like it's now cheaper to them.
