I am trying to find the best brand's of filters to buy. I am finely able to spend money,time so I would like to buy the best. I am collecting as many opinions, so I can make an informed decisions. Many Thanks

Have you ever seen something that will let you change the angle to looking down? I saw one in an e-bay listing but they did not give a name to it. I could send the picture of the listing if that might help.
