Uh, without a camera, of course. I'm a little busy when I'm on the hot side of the fences. :-)
You could do it as a spectator at the Isle of Man TT or Manx GP race events, or at several of the Irish road races (Northwest 200, Ulster GP, etc). I go to the Isle of Man nearly every year because of the wonderful opportunity to shoot motorcycle racing on real roads, up close and personal.
