The focus of all lenses have to be adjusted at the final stage of assembling in the factory. It's about to match the inner barrel with the focus ring through 1-4 screws, depends on which lens. You might remove the focus ring rubber carefully and see if there are some screws underneath. If so, they are probably for this purpose.
