I find it best to generally leave all sharpening to editing after RAW conversion. Since you often need sharpening in the ACR RAW process to see in detail what small changes to contrast and exposure might do to the image, you can set Camera Raw's preferences to only apply sharpening in preview, leaving the RAW-converted image unsharpened and ready for editing post-RAW editing.
