The photoshop plugin is just Pentax PhotoLab where the converted RAW file
ends up in PS or PSE for post processing.  You achieve the same results by
opening the PhotoLab app, converting a RAW file and then opening it in PS or
PSE.  The plugin only saves you a step.  So basically, you are uding the
same crappy interface/converter as supplied in PhotoLab.  The advantage of
PSE 3.0 is that it allows you to use Adobe's outstanding Camera RAW
converter.
